We are Community run pub. In early 2025, we rescued, refurbished and brought back to life a much loved 300 years old English Village pub.

Closed for over 3 ½ years a group of mainly volunteers set about to return this iconic pub to its former glory. And we have done it in some style.

Inside a cozy bar area welcomes you and bar staff with a friendly smile. None of your “find a table, tell us your number” and other corporate formulaic shenanigans. Just come and enjoy yourselves.

We strive to offer the best possible pint and  competitively priced drinks. Our food offering is either from Pop Up food providers or tasty snacks from the bar. All served by members of our Village who want to make your visit to the Tally Ho! a happy, relaxing and memorable one.

In summer months we have a beautiful garden area with plenty of shaded seating for you to enjoy warm days and nights. Occasionally we have live music in the garden. In winter months live music comes inside and can also use our much loved pub piano for a good ‘ol pub sing along.

Traditional games are available in our children and dog friendly pub. We are fully accessible so that everyone has the opportunity to come and  enjoy the Tally Ho!
